No
Fear. No Failure. No Misses.
The
MasterList is newer than ever, better than ever,
more radically simple than ever, and it is way cool.
I can't contain my happiness about our 2 newest features
which comprise Version 2.4: Desktop Espresso
and Shortcut Launcher. When you first read this, our
new screen shots won't be up on the web yet, so let
me take a moment to explain these 2 new features.
Desktop
Espresso works like this. The MasterList knows who
you are and gives you a personal icon tray with 2
panels for links at the top of our TML tool bar. Mine
has links to Corel Word Perfect 8 (that's my word
processor), Microsoft Outlook Express, Windows Explorer,
and The MasterList website ( of course), and several
other destinations.
You
get the idea. And, you can link to any of your favorite
apps including Time & Billing, or bookkeeping,
as well as your favorite internet destinations such
as legal research sites or fun sites like Google.
Or, wherever you want to be.
If
you know where you want to be, with The MasterList
you can just go there.
Shortcut
Launcher is the companion feature of Desktop Espresso.
With Shortcut Launcher you can connect any link to
any agenda. It works like this. Say you have an entry
dated next week to remind you to finalize the draft
of a pleading or contract. Why not create a link right
there to the word processing document that is the
pleading or contract? What's more, Shortcut Launcher
links are universal, not just personal. To quote Alexandré
Dumas, it's "One for all and all for one."
Create a link at your desk and your secretary can
see it. And, so can any other team member. How's that
for rapier like precision in getting things done!
Or,
if you want a generic link not tied to a specific
dated agenda, why not use our LogMaker to create a
space for something like... the entire word processing
folder! That way when you enter the Jones case, there's
your word processing folder at the same screen with
your contact data and team agendas. Open it up and
away you go. Right where you want to be. Or, drag
in that folder with all the exhibits you scanned.
Or, how about linking through one of our logs to those
4800 sites you have found on banana toxicity. Right
there at the agenda screen for the banana case!
My
programmers tell me that you can handle billions of
these shortcuts with no stress on the database. Pretty
cool, huh!
The
primary benefit of The MasterList system is that everything
that is tactically relevant to your real needs as
a practicing attorney is centered at a single case
screen. From here, you or any team member can see
EVERYTHING and act accordingly.
With
a perspective like that, the real benefits are: No
fear. No failure. Not possible to miss anything. If
you can see it, you can handle it. The MasterList
gives you a complete field of tactical vision.
No
fear. No failure. No misses. Would you pay $179 for
that?
Why not give us a call, or better yet order a demo
and see for yourself.
